The profile photo is designed to use a landscape image (horizontal orientation, i.e., 700x560) and will not allow for the full image to be displayed if you are trying to use a portrait (vertical) image instead. If your problem persists, you may try uploading from a different device and/or browser.
We recommend trying to vote again from a different device or browser, as this will often fix most issues. Another possibility could be that it has not been a full 24 hours since your last vote. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our support team below and we will be happy to help.
Look for your profile link in any of our official Competition emails. You can easily copy and share the link with anyone you’d like.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can use the "Verification by Card" process. Voters must have a Facebook or a valid card to place Free Daily Votes. We use these methods of verification to reduce fraudulent voting from bots and automated voting software.
You can use your Free Daily Vote once every 24 hours.
There will always be a slight delay from the time you change your profile photo to the time your photo is updated for Facebook sharing. We recommend minimizing the number of times you update your profile photo to prevent this delay.
We have a strict “no refund” policy which Voters agree to when they make a donation. Since winners are decided based upon votes the public casts, we do not issue refunds once a vote has been fully processed in our system.

We make every effort to ensure that Groups contain an equal number of Competitors throughout the Competition.
